eXPRESS-LINE 1100°C (2012°F) Split Tube Furnaces
eXPRESS-LINE split tube furnaces come with a 3” ID or 6” ID heated chamber and are available in 12”, 18”, 24” and 36” heated lengths, in a single or a three zone configuration. The heating element is a Fibercraft™ vacuum formed ceramic fiber heater with embedded resistance wire. Designed for temperatures up to 1100°C (2012°F), these furnaces will produce uniform heat around the full 360° of the heated chamber and are insulated for maximum thermal efficiency. eXPRESS-LINE split tube furnaces feature removable/replaceable vestibules that allow one furnace to be used with multiple diameter process tubes.

Two (2) vestibule blocks included (one for each end), additional vestibule blocks are available as an option. Hole sizes include: 0.50", 1.00", 1.50" 2.00", 2.5", 2.75", as well as Solid and Custom sizes. |
