In addition to Thermcraft’s standard industrial ovens, we also manufacture custom designed ovens that can be built to customer’s precise requirements.
Our experienced team can help customers throughout the entire process of developing a custom industrial oven. We can create custom ovens in either continuous or batch types in a variety of sizes depending on the application.
We have already produced a wide range of custom ovens that showcase our capabilities as an oven manufacturer, below are just a few examples.
Multi-Door Recirculating Oven
We manufactured an air recirculating oven with multiple doors for a client. This custom oven has an internal chamber size of 180” W x 83” H x 72” D and we included door switches and a blower rotation sensor to provide the air circulation system and heating elements with protection from damage.
This oven has a maximum operating temperature of 350oF, which is achieved using 100 kW rated heating elements. Another customer requirement was that this oven calibrated temperature uniformity at ±10oF per AMS 2750.
Vertical Split Oven
A client required a split oven that provided easy loading and unloading of cylindrical shaped products for thermal processing. As a result, we developed an oven with a unique split clam shell design that fits this brief.
The oven produced has an internal diameter of 46” and a heated length of 80”.
Drawer Oven
We built a unique drawer oven with two drawers that slide out on rollers. These drawers are used to facilitate thermal processing of long flat parts or multiple smaller flat parts.
Without interrupting the thermal processing cycle, the drawers are loaded and unloaded individually. This oven has four temperature control zones, which enable greater process control and the process is recorded in real with a data recorder. #

These examples illustrate Thermcraft’s ability to build a custom industrial oven to our customer’s exact specifications.
We will consult with customers to establish their price range and requirements before starting to manufacture the oven. Options including size, the temperature range and other features such as controls and software can also be considered by the customer when building a custom oven.
We provide support from the initial discussion to the final product to ensure that customers get exactly what they require from our custom ovens. We also provide aftercare and on-site service work once the oven is installed if required.
