Thermcraft: Industrial Heater Suppliers

Thermcraft heaters typically fall into one of two functional groups: exposed ceramic rods; or coils ribbons, and wires of a refractory alloy embedded in a ceramic substrate. Our exposed rod heaters are available in a choice of high-performance materials, from molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) to silicon carbide (SiC), guaranteeing long-lasting efficiency and stability for even the most challenging thermal processes.

For improved thermal uniformity at high temperatures (<1200°C), regardless of the furnace architecture, Thermcraft customers choose partially- or fully-embedded heating elements. These are available in a range of geometries, from flanged flat plate heaters to tubular heaters designed specifically for uniform processing of cylindrical parts.
