Tube Furnace Brochure

Thermcraft’s horizontal solid tube furnaces have gained a worldwide reputation for reliability and quality. While not as adaptable as split tube furnaces, a horizontal solid tube furnace is designed to process a specific sample size continuously, providing consistent temperature zones as needed throughout the furnace.

Characterized as “pass-through” solid tube furnaces, they are designed to transfer a sample through one or several heating zones. This configuration offers better uniformity because its temperature zone is longer, which helps make it more stable.

The operating temperatures of a horizontal solid tube furnace can range as high as 1700C. The furnaces feature metallic sheath elements that increase the heat in specific areas as needed. They also have lightweight ceramic fiber insulation that allows Thermcraft horizontal solid tube furnaces to provide rapid heat-up, recovery and cool-down phases.

Thermcraft can provide a standard furnace or customize one to your exact specifications. A key element of Thermcraft’s reputation is our ability to custom design and configure furnaces and ovens to provide customers with what they want.

In addition horizontal solid tube furnace options, Thermcraft supplies a wide range of other industrial furnaces and ovens. Call us at (336) 784-4800 for more information regarding any of our products, or contact us.
