Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Because many Thermcraft products are built to order or configured specifically for each customer, cancellation charges may apply. Cancellation fees range from 20% to 90% of the purchase price, depending on the stage of production at the time the cancellation request is received. To request a cancellation, please contact:

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipment, please contact Thermcraft before returning any product.

To initiate a return:

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any product is returned.

Returns received without an authorized RMA number may be refused.

Approved warranty returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect covered under Thermcraft’s warranty, repair, replacement, or refund will be handled in accordance with the Thermcraft Warranty Policy.
