LSL-Series Solid Tube Furnaces and LSP-Series Split Tube Furnaces for Temperatures up to 1200°C (2200°F)
These laboratory furnaces are constructed to a high quality and have stainless steel shells like all other furnaces and ovens from the LAB-TEMPTM range. They have vacuum-formed ceramic fiber insulation for reduced heat loss and high temperatures.
The standard models are designed to be ready for most common applications but custom dimensions are also available. The inside diameter of these furnaces range from 0.75 to 6 inches and the heated lengths can be as small as 6 inches to as big as 36 inches. Custom dimensions can also be designed if required.
Options available for these series of furnaces includes the choice of thermocouple and connectors and precise temperature control with optional recording system.
LSL-Series Solid Tube Furnaces and LSP-Series Split Tube Furnaces for Temperatures up to 1700°C (3092°F)
Excellent temperature uniformity and rapid heat up rates are just some of the features of these types of laboratory furnaces. They have prefired insulation to reduce bakeout times and shrinkage and have a well-ventilated terminal area for cooler temperatures.
The standard inside diameter of these furnaces ranges from 2 to 6 inches, and this diameter must be a minimum of half an inch longer than the maximum process tube OD.
The heated lengths range from 4 to 11 inches and the overall length will be 6 inches longer than the heated length unless stated. Thermcraft also manufacture custom sized laboratory furnaces on request.
LBO-Series Box and LBS-Series Split Box Medium Range Laboratory Ovens
The standard chamber sizes range from 4 (W) x 4 (D) x 12 (H) inches to 20 (W) x 20 (D) x 28 (H) inches and hand ports and internal lamps are available as options.
